Serve City Volleyball Home Skill Drills (Demo’ed on Video)

This volleyball page features a wide range of 50 simple to challenging drills that Serve City athletes can work on at home or at the park to keep developing and sharpening their skills. Some of the drills are solo drills that athletes can perform on their own. Other drills are partner drills, some using a net (if you don’t have a net at home, set up a clothesline or another object at roughly 7 feet 4 inches) or a wall, that will require a second family member to join you.

Each of these drills is demonstrated by Serve City coaches Jessica Smith (13 Blue) and Nicki Smith (12 Red), who also play volleyball collegiately at Judson University and College of DuPage, respectively. It should be noted that Nicki and Jessica are sisters, so performing these drills together met the requirements of the governor’s social distancing guidelines.
