Serve City 12 Blue Signup Form for January 13 Individual Small Group Training Session

Note: Up to 10 athletes are allowed to participate in individual small group training sessions for Tier 3. SC 12 Blue has 14 players, so the first 10 athletes to be registered will participate in the session that runs from 4:00 to 5:25 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 13 at Vineyard Church in Wheaton. (12 Blue’s training session on Saturday, Jan. 16 from 9 to 10:45 a.m. will be open to all 14 players if Region 8 is moved to Tier 2 as expected on Jan. 15.)
